Montmorency

Montmorency is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is located in the eastern suburbs of the city, approximately 8 km east of the Melbourne central business district. At the 2016 Census, Montmorency had a population of 10,827. The suburb was built in the late 1960s or early 1970s. Its name is based on the Montmorency River that flows through it.
