Very grateful to the Care Team at Ivy Park Huntington Beach Cottages for the amazing care provided to my mom. The Care Staff and Med Techs truly went above and beyond providing a safe and loving environment for her. They made the effort to get to know my mom and our family in order to provide the most enriching environment for her. Over the last year we've seen an improvement in the Activities Program. More consistency and a dedicated staff has provided residents with meaningful activities.

An outstanding community with lovely decor, gardens and delicious menus. The kind, dedicated staff are clearly a reflection of the great leadership under Exective Director, Bryan Reamer. Anyone would be proud to place thier loved one here. A place that feels like home.

My father-in-law moved in last month. Cindy was an amazing ambassador for the Ivy Park brand. Cindy and Nadine stood out above every other facility we visited. The staff is kind, welcoming and accommodating. We are very pleased.

About Ivy Park at Huntington Beach

Ivy Park at Huntington Beach is an assisted living facility in Huntington Beach, California.

What an assisted living community in Huntington Beach takes on

A place like this helps older adults with daily living while they keep a home of their own. Ivy Park says that support runs from help with medication to fuller hands-on assistance. Ask which level fits the person you are placing.

Memory care is the second line of work here. The company describes it alongside assisted living as one range of care, so a resident's plan can change as needs grow. Ask how that move works in practice.

Residents live in apartments. The website names studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes. Check which sizes are open when you call.

Daily life is part of the job too. Activities, outdoor spaces and meals all sit inside the service. In town, NOAA normals for 1991 to 2020 put the mean temperature at 65.3°F, with an average high of 75.2°F and an average low of 55.4°F. Utility gas heats 74% of homes, per the American Community Survey (2024).

Where Ivy Park at Huntington Beach puts its work

The company says caregivers and medication technicians are on hand around the clock. It reports that Licensed Vocational Nurses support residents through the week. Ask which days nurses are in the building.

Staff training centers on person-centered care, the website states. It also names a nearby hospital for emergency services. Ask how a hospital trip is handled and who calls the family.

Dining is chef-led, with seasonal menus and restaurant-style entrees, the company says. Ask to see a week of menus before you decide.

The community holds a 4.7 rating from 35 Google reviews. Reviewers most often mention kind, caring staff and how they helped a parent settle in. Several also point to the activities, the outdoor spaces and steady communication with families.

The company says its team will talk through options with you, send you information or set up a tour. Book the tour and bring your list of questions.
