After calling all of the contractors in my area and getting basically ghosted by ALL OF THEM. I was driving to Worcester and saw these beautifully wrapped trucks with the name “Bonsai Builders” and a phone number, I said what the heck and called the number. On the other end of the line was a friendly, perky, funny and knowledgeable person named Allison, I also spoke to Kristin who was equally awesome! We talked about what I needed and she said she would send someone out right away…. Enter Jason… he’s the kind of guy you feel like you grew up with and hung out with, in other words AWESOME!!! They sent over a quote right away for the work I needed done. The quote was reasonable and I booked them right away. I own a 130 year old Victorian and I was a little nervous with Bonsai being the new kids on the block and all… needless to say I pushed forward with all of the trust I could muster. Jason came out with his crew and WOW went above and beyond with the excellent craftsmanship of a skilled artisan!!!! They fixed my 130 old columns! Amazing work, amazing people. Do yourself a favor and give them a call…. 10 stars

We met with several contractors prior to choosing Bonsai Builders for our basement renovation. From the moment Kristin and Jason came into our home for the initial consultation, we felt like we had found our match. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made us feel at ease and clearly outlined the process. We worked closely with them both on the plans for our basement renovation; they listened to our wishes and provided their expert opinion when asked. They were excellent communicators and never left us hanging or wondering where things stood as far as next steps. When we ran into a snafu, they were quickly able to pivot and come up with a new plan we were still very happy with. We refer Bonsai Builders to anyone looking and will definitely use them for future projects in our home.

Bonsai Builders made our dream kitchen become a reality by taking our outdated 90s kitchen into the next century. A 100% remodel, which unlike most big box store contractors, Bonsai was equipped with all talent to execute all tasks, large or small. The Initial kitchen estimate was prompt, detailed and very competitive. Kristin provided us with great ideas and shopped with us for all components; flooring, cabinets, counters and backsplashes. The demolition was quick and install worked out well, identifying subtle details that I wouldn’t have even noticed to ensure our vision met reality. Unforeseen issues with an older house are expected but most were transparent to me. They were even able to procure an unforeseen window replacement and the installation schedule barely slipped. In a time with supply chain issues and my irregular window size this was truly a grand accomplishment. The team is a local business and treats all their employees as family as evident by how well I was treated by everyone. True professionals. I have already scheduled the next phase of my home remodel with them which is the real sign of a happy customer. Thanks again Bonsai!!!
